The basic idea of fresh homemade bread is what got Nosh launched in the first place. We started selling bread at the local Farmer’s Market, and it quickly grew into an electic from-scratch restaurant.

Under the new name Urban Food Brood, Nosh and other business owners from Springfield and the surrounding area are creating a new bakery and café that will also feature a butcher shop, a frozen foods vendor, and a hydroponic farm stand.
